Anyone have any experience with Shawnee Brave Bald Cypress or other Bald Cypress? I will be picking up a 6' to 8' tall headstart in a 15 gallon pot today for $119.00.

I was told by a worker at the nursery that they love water and that is what causes them to send up the knees. I have limited space in my backyard due to overhead power lines and the shape of this tree would fit the area I do have. I had an above ground pool in the spot and there is now a depression there from settling of the dirt used to fill in where the area was dug down making the pool 6' deep. Water collects there everytime it rains.

I saw the large trees at the nursery, they have 4 of them about 30' to 40' tall. I took a few pics with my cell phone.
