I know EBay has a system whereby you can stop certain people from bidding on your items. Is it possible to do that here as well?
You know there are always unreasonable buyers... and whereas you of course will try to placate them, and make sure they leave happy, ultimately nobody wants to deal with people like that again, so it would be handy if you could simply block them.

Any thoughts?

I don't think there is a way to do that yet. However, you can cancel their order anytime. I have had to do that a few times after they didn't pay or contact me. Most to them were Newbies. When I cancelled I wrote that I will not accept any orders from them in the future.

I also have a folder marked "Nonpayers" to refer to.
