anybody try drying watermelon ? many years ago a woman in an infomercial for a dehydrator was tasting dried watermelon. She said it tasted like candy and ever since I wondered how it might work. I now have severel melons I need to use up. Would you use syrup? How thick a slice to start with?
If no reply and my melons are still OK, I'll try it and let you know.
