Last night we had a delicious bean dip that contained sliced jalapenos. It was a little too hot for my stomach but the jalapeno adds a really good flavor to whatever it is added to. I want to find a MILD pickled jalapeno to buy. And I would grow my own if I knew the names of mild varieties to plant.
Any suggestions?
