Has anyone ever had a successful home buying experience with a major home builder? I know there are tons of builders available, some may only be local, but here in Texas it's overwhelming alone to decide whom one should go with.
Just wondering if anyone could rate their experience on who they used. What would you have done differently? Was the build smooth and on schedule?
I'm not even sure what all I should ask. More questions that would be directed to the specific builder I suppose. In the future when we move again I'm thinking new is the way we want to go again. Our last home was a newly built stock house though so it was move-in ready and left no options for us to pick so I've no experience to go on for it.
