Best Practices?
I usually hire my neighbor to prepare and over seed my winter lawn... He's not here... Mexico.
So, I'm doing it myself for the first time... by hand. I hate weed eaters. Hate the sound hate the action etc. So ... I'm doing it by hand. Not too bad. 1 hour a day for a week. Hope to have it prepared for seed by Saturday afternoon.
So do you put down the manure first then the seed or seed then manure or both? I purchased a Soil Cover kinda product 'cause I think Bert will get into the manure.
What do you do... if you overseed? Just asking 'cause I've never done this before!!!!!
