I have a bunch of plants... How can I learn more about California regs for bringing houseplants in? Don't faint, everyone! I already know I can't bring dirt in...but maybe some cuttings, dipped in peroxide or whatever? If you know of any good relevant state government websites, please share them... I just can't wait! I already know that I want a tree fern...
