Next year, I'll need 100 ears of fresh-picked sweet corn every Mon, Wed and Fri.. Do I need to plant, starting after last frost, a row every Mon, Wed and Fri.? I usually only average one good ear per stock - so I guess I need to plant 300 plants a week??? Another guy in our project usually does the corn, but he's had crop failures two years in a row. I ain't takin' no chances next year - gonna plant it myself! :-)
I tried staggering tomatoes this year that way and it really didn't work all that good. Seems like they all came-in at pretty much the same time anyway!
