A physician friend of mine told me how large doses of Vit D3 has relieved her struggle w/ S.A.D. (seasonal affective disorder). 8,000 - 10,000 iu per day and she got thru last winter w/ no struggle. She referred to some commission on this vitamin. I will do research looking for this commission.
Suggested I take in same daily dosage for my chronic fatigue. 5 days into this and I can tell the diff. She told me to stop calcium supplements and increase my calcium in diet.
