While on DG I was surfing. I discovered the new high desert Blueberries. Well I have taken the leap and ordered my high desert blueberries bushes. They arrived yesterday to my surprise. I was not ready but got ready today. In the high desert they need to be planted in containers, in partial shade with high acidic soil. They have very shallow roots so you may not need a large container, I just had mine. You know /trash to treasure. Well I am going on my new adventure. Anyone in the Southwest or high desert California want to join and try. Just join in and have a good time. Anyone in New Mexico want to give us some clues. Join in and enjoy the excitement. These are my free pots I am planting them in but I understand in the SW they prefer partial shade. May we all learn together. If you d-mail me I will give you the information who I purchased my plants from. The plants delivered were beautiful. I got 8 shrubs that were beautiful for $125.00. These plants were the most beautiful plants I have ever received.
