Aha! Another shared memory. Nothing finer than pickled corn or pickled beans and mixed together, sheer heaven! Fine fare for this rainy morning, my dear friend!
Sharon, we don't do this in Romania, but we use corn beans together with cabbage to make sauerkraut, for getting the yellow color. I must admit I never tried to eat those beans, but I'll try this year...I'm drooling already!LOL
