I have a recipe that has been in my file for a few yrs. Chicken w/ Thai Flavors. Directions are to marinate chicken pieces for 1/2 hr.; 15 min on each side. Remove chix from marinade and set marinade aside. Cook chix in a non stick fry pan and remove to platter when juices run clear. Then, add the marinade to fry pan and boil for 2-3 min. and drizzle over chix to serve? Safe?

If you are boiling the marinade it will be safe, high heat will kill any bacteria in it.
