I planted Many impatients in 2006 and have not planted any since. They come up volunteer every year, bigger and better. I have added roses, grasses, clematis, jasmine, columbine etc. This summer I added my benches (no one ever set on) and some iron kettles, a metal wash basin and chamber pot. Things never used look great in the garden.

Your flower bed photo is beautiful. How do you contribute the fact that the impatients have come back year after year? Warmer climate, perhaps? Do you gather any seeds from them when the season is finished for the next year's crop? They used to sell Dazzler impatients and we loved them, but can't find them anymore. Wished I could find some seeds for the Dazzlers. Know of any mail order source?
