I'm new to this forum. In the past couple of years, I've begun growing my own herbs and veggies and I'd love to learn how to can and freeze, so I'll be hanging out here a lot and reading all your advice. I bought a Foodsaver Vacuum sealer and have barely used it, so this forum may help me put it to good use.
With the season coming to a close, I'd like to save a few of my herbs to use during winter. I know nothing about drying them or freezing them. Can someone clue me in? I have:
