Yesterday my husband and I looked at an old 6 bedroom farmhouse with the original tin ceilings and a huge wraparound porch.
He was looking at the foundation and I was scouting out the planting possibilities. The house even has two huge trellises that go from the ground to 2nd floor.
I know it needs a kitchen, a new bathroom and the old lathe and plaster walls are cracked but the rose garden I could have!
A few trees would have to be removed but that is what his truck and sturdy chains are for.
