We finished our Saturday market yesterday. Had all of 5 customers, it was sooooooo cold out. We still have Tuesday and Thursday markets going on until Thanksgiving, God willing!
Janet, sorry to hear that your garden was massacred! :( I've been there, not fun. This weather is massacring ours. I think we will have some cabbage and were able to pick broccoli for yesterday...but didn't sell any. And we did better than the other 2 vendors that were there.
We sell all winter long in Louisville downtown, we sell our meats and eggs and whatever veggies we can harvest. Gotta keep paying the bills.
Janet, sorry to hear about your DH in the hospital. That is very painful. Did he go to Shelby County Hospital? My grandson had his tonsils taken out there a few years ago.
Well, it is supposed to warm up...any chance your greens and such will "spring back" ?
I hope everyone has a good week...please Lord, no more rain!!!!
Blessings,
Kathy
