I came home to discover all the new growth on my tml covered with webby stuff and yellow caterpillars. I haven't ever seen butterflies around it, it was planted right at bloom time this spring. I don't really care what these might turn into- I want them to go away and not kill my tree. I posted in the insect id forum anyway. What now? BT? do I have to cut off the tips of the branches?
Loved Prescott, had a fabulous time, how DARE these catties distract me!
