I suggested the idea of a "What's In Your Garden" thread to Boojum, way back when. She encouraged the idea and the response has been terrific! Jim and others have taken over carrying it forward. Now I see that many of us orchid lovers muck around outside as well as primp and preen over a variety of houseplants. This thread is intended to make a space for all of us who love to indoor garden and own, or even wish to own, orchids. Many other plants are grown like orchids and are in orchid collections. Let's share collections and cultivation tips here.

I have had this specimen for many years that was a Rhipsalis. I think it is now reclassified as Hatiora salicorniodes, or "Drunkard's Dream", based on the barrel shaped segments. Mine blooms little yellow flowers in winter.
