I have a row of orange bells. I am looking for a plant(s) that is vertical and about 2-4ft tall that has blue/purple flowers. It should bloom in summer to contrast the orange bells. It will be on drip system and probably gets AZ sun. Any suggestions are appreciated. I want it to be a perennial too.
