Talk about hitting the nail on the head! I have to agree with absolutely everything you said about gardening -- especially the "therapy" aspect. I can go out in my garden in the morning and even forget about lunch, not to mention anything that may be bothering me. Loved your article.

I am reading the WHY do I garden ? tears are running down my face,I agree with everyone . It takes away the stress in your life. I love watching the butterflies hatching,laying eggs,chewing my passion vine leafs GREAT ARTICLE phoenix AZ
