Or easy and slow - as in crockpot. Starting the 31st (Hallowe'en), I will be in all-day classes for 2 weeks straight. I won't have even a weekend free till mid-November. I seem to be the only able-bodied person in this house who can cook and I'm thinking I'll get enough of Taco Bell after 2 days. I love soups and stews so I'm trying to come up with some I can make ahead and even freeze. I am sure I'm not the only one to ever be in this pickle so if you've got some easy meals, please post 'em.
