before I got it dug. Now the cloves have no outer shells and there are sprouts up to 6" long on each one.
Other than cutting off the tops and vacumm sealing & then freezing them and doing the same with the cloves does anyone have any suggestions? i think I'll seal some in jars and keep them in the fridge. Do I need to cover them with oil to do this safely?
I used a whole bulb complete with tops in some mashed potatoes the other night. Very pretty & tasty green mashed potatoes. LOL
