I have made peanut brittle for years in my micro for a bake sale I do. I usually have around 50 bags. I have made 4 batches and only one has turned out like always. It is usually real airy. I'm wondering if I stir it to much after I put in the soda or not long enough.Would the weather have any thing to do with it? I know you don't want to make divinity only on a sunny day. let me know what you think
