I first wanted to say that I have several babies from some of the leaves some of you kind people sent to me a couple months ago. I am thrilled.
I also wanted to ask two questions but maybe should only ask one per thread so as to now confuse anyone.
One of the young plants I was given is growing nicely but it's reaching for the sky. I thought that meant more light, so I moved it into closer to the sunny window. I think it's gotten worse it's as if it's covering or shading the crown of the plant. The crown is very crowded and tight. Oh, the plant is Emerald Love.
Do some plants maybe do the reaching thing when they are protecting themselves from too much light? It's in my only window which is a south west exposure and it seems worse now. I just moved it to the little light stand I have but am not sure that is the right thing either.
