Thank you, Lee Anne, for showing that I am NOT a nut - or at least that I'm not the ONLY nut out there, lol! People always thought I was crazy when I told them to store geraniums this way. Can't blame them - I myself thought it was an old wives' tale and then one winter I tried it and to my surprise it worked!

Glad to see you sharing this information with everyone. Thanks!

LOL!
There were a few people here in town that thought I was a nut too...until I took their Geraniums and stored them over the winter. They were flabbergasted the next Spring when I showed them their nice full plants again!

I remember this from my past as well...I don't normally plant geraniums but I did this year and was going to try this with the ones I have...it is almost time here to take them out of the ground too...thanks for reminding me!
