This reminds me of a task I need to tackle. I have several geraniums growing in containers that have just suffered through the hot and humid summer months of the deep south. They are, however, plants that I have enjoyed and cared for over the past four years now! Winter is their chance to recoup. I simply replant my geraniums in fresh soil followed by a good feeding and by Thanksgiving I should have a spectacular display of color that will last throughout the cooler seasons now through late May or early June. Ah, the joy of gardening in New Orleans!
