Used to Slow Cooker to cook down the Sauce, worked great, about 12 hours to cook 7 qts down to 8 - 8oz jars.
Aprox 10 lbs Sweet Potatoes in 12 pint jars, with a 10% sugar syrup, love the looks of them.
Couldn't get them all in the pic.
