I've had more than a dozen nicely formed buds on a healthy-looking "Sky's the Limit" climber since September. But they never opened. They look just the same now as they did two months ago. What's up? We've had some frosts, but they certainly didn't kill the rose plants - or the buds. We're on the border between zones 4 and 5.
