My kitties really enjoy the catnip I grow for them. Over the last several winters the outdoor plants have survived although they slow way down in growth and become very compact. Many new plants come up voluntarily from seeds as well. I expect them to survive this winter also but was wondering how to dry them so I don't have to harvest from the plants in winter. Could someone please offer some suggestions?
Also...does anyone use catnip for themselves? How is it used and what benefits have you found to be true? (I've heard of making a tea for nausea...wondering how well it works)
