We have been having weather in the 70's during the day and 40's at night. Most of my plants were still going strong(tomatoes, squash, peppers, potatoes) and had new fruit/veggies growing. 2 nights ago the temperature dropped to about 29F and we had a horrible frost. This was MUCH lower than expected and nothing was protected. Most of the leaves turned a dark green and look like they are wilting. Some of the plants are still flowering though. The question is... can anything recover, or do I just pick what I have even if they are not fully ripe??

Plants will survive a light frost but a hard frost will usually wipe them out. Your potatoes might be ok. They can withstand a good bid of cold when they are young. If yours are older it might kill them.
