My question exactly . . . but it hasn't been answered yet in three years - guess we need to go to each site and see if any of them work on a Mac . . .

Aha! I see why it wasn't answered - the answer is already there, in the chart! Looks like there are a couple that might work; and in 3 years, there may actually be more, so we're in good shape!

I use an online garden planner the my mastergardener daughter turned me on to.
www.growveg.com
You can test drive it for 30 days. Then is $20 a year.
It is a very good program with lots of tutorial videos and a pdf manual.

Looks to me like the growveg is only for veggie gardening. Anyone know of a reasonably price MAC landscape design software? I just bought a home that has no landscaping!

There is one package out there that I know of called Iscape. The developers seem like nice people. Their software is made for Apple devices and Apple desktops (and a limited version for android). Check it out.
