This appears to be a fifth instar nymph of a green stink bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) - see http://tinyurl.com/yeg8b7b for an image. The nomenclature of this species appear a bit confused at present. It usually is seen as Acrosternum hilare, but it may be changed to Chinavia hilaris - see http://tinyurl.com/57gwyn for details.
