Found flowering in Monet's Garden, Giverny in August

It's a Dahlia; looks like one of the "cactus" or "semi-cactus" types (sorry but I'm not sure of the cultivar).

I'm thinking now it is a Semi Cactus Dahlia 'Alfred Grille' - but would love someone to confirm it.
