can't remember if we have any palm lovers on this forum. i inherited a coconut palm from a friend. i really like the look of it. unfortunately, it is not cold hardy and at some point i will have to bring transport it down to san carlos. LOL this is old news but there is a cold tolerant palm that looks just like the coconut palm. take a look at this beauty. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Beccariophoenix.jpg
i finally got a bismarkia to talk hold in the take yard. still have lots of 1+ year old seedlings.
