Here are two spiders that I see all over my yard. I thought one of them might have been a widow because I have had a lot of those too but the markings just don't seem quite right. Any help is appreciated.
These both are long-jawed orb weavers (family Tetragnathidae) in the genus Leucauge (orchard spiders). The first one appears to be Leucauge venusta - see http://tinyurl.com/ykzgg6n; the second one could be Leucauge argyra - see http://tinyurl.com/yhnaav8 for an image. They are harmless to humans.
