One of my favorite-genus workhorses in the garden! Thank you for showing something beyond the 'Clips' varieties. My current favorite is one I bought without a tag, but I believe it's 'Blue Waterfall.' It's happily bloomed itself silly in my garden for the past two or three seasons, surpassing others who have been better researched (by me) and desired for their long bloom times. The Dalmation varietial has not impressed me yet, as it tends to heave at the crown and die off. The other I was hopeful about was the 'Birch Hybrid,' but it's not nearly as long blooming as the 'Blue Waterfall.' Both of these seem to be no-brainer groundcovers in my garden, without having any garden thug tendencies.
