I am one happy person that we finally switched back to NORMAL time. I do NOT like DST, never had, never will. Never did see the reasoning behind it, but the powers to be seen to delight in messing with things and will, I am sure , till the end of time.

Bonnie, I am glad to hear your DM has improved somewhat..hopefully she will not have a relapse, but if she does, at least you will have had a few days of sanity in your home. The truth of the matter will come out sonce she is back home and has to depend on herself instead of being waited on..lets hope even she will realize she won't be able to do it, and agree to assisted living.

Sandy, continues healing thoughts for you. I can imagine how you must miss your Andre, these pets of ours sure worm their way into our hearts and become a part of us, dont they??!!

Sorry to those with the flu or flu like symptoms. I am really hoping it stays away from our household. I am carrying around hand sanitizers, gave some to DH and told him to try very hard to start using it when he is out of a store. Hopefully if we are diligent enough we will be able to stay healthy around here. I got that swine flu shot back in the 70's when there was such a fear of that flu..I wonder if I still have any residual protection from it or if its even the same flu. I remember all the fuss that time about the dangers of that flu shot, if I remember correctly, a lot of people were having adverse reactions from it.

Debbie, by this time you must be enjoying heat in your house...no more freezing in the mornings and no more kitty piles on the bed to stay warm..its a good feeling, isnt it? I hope your family is doing okay, especially Jenna. How is Shannon doing, you havent really mentioned her in a while..hope things have settled down somewhat for her. Meant to give you a "high 5" on going to the gym and working out. Once you get used to it, its not really a pain to do anymore...its just that initial start thats the hard part. I didnt go last week so am forcing myself to get enthused about going this morning..its always easier at times to stay home..once I am there, I am glad of it.

I had to re-download the software for my Kodak so I could d/l pictures again, I dont know whats wrong with this stupid computer, it just loses things at times and thats pretty annoying. I have checked for viruses, etc..and always come up with a clean bill of health so dont know whats causing it..frustrating..

Wish I could remember more about what everyone is doing, I will have to start taking notes so I can comment, I dont want you to think I dont read what you type, I do, I just cant remember..*sigh

Here is my little 'Squirrely Girl" she is the one that is so fearful of everything..but especially of me. She comes in when its rainy or cold but the rest of the time she spends out on the patio. Poor little fearful girl, I know she doesnt remember why she should be afraid, by now its just a habit. My only wish is that one day she comes around and starts to live like a normal little kitty ..and maybe even sit on my lap.
