Found this little booger near our central unit and he/she appeared a bit 'offended' that I was imposing on it's territory! What kind of spider is this? Is it poisonous? Thank you!

This is an orchard spider, Leucauge sp., likely L. venusta; (family Tetragnathidae) - see http://tinyurl.com/ylf6mbc for an image. Like the vast majority of spiders, they have venom glands, but they are harmless to humans. Out of the thousands of spider species, only a very few are truly dangerous to humans.
