Do you know what kind of Asters they are? They probably need to be sown in the fall if they are like wildflowers. But I'm not sure. Sowing times are different in Texas then other parts of the country. Knowing what varity they are will help. They are usually fall bloomers so that is when they would drop their seeds naturally.
