Here's something I did not know. In another thread, I learned from LadyAshleyR that pressing the Control (Ctrl) key simultaneously with the + or - sign would magnify or reduce the photo size on the screen. It works!
And here I've been taking the time cropping to enlarge, when all one had to do is use the Ctrl key, + key. From now on, I'm just going to post a pic and suggest the viewer use their Ctrl key, + key to enlarge it.
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who didn't know this, because I've read a number of times when a birder asked the seeker of an ID to crop the photo so they could see it better.
Here, try it with these Double-crested Cormorants that I snapped from a good distance - the Ctrl key, + key will bring 'em right up to you..
Just don't forget to use Ctrl key, - key to take it back down to original size, else when you go to another thread the text will be huge.
You can also take a picture of anything you are currently looking at by pressing the print-screen key on your keyboard, then open paint go to edit and click on paste and there is your picture, then just click save-as. Not very useful but simple to remember.
