I found 3 of these coming up in a bed of Knock-Out roses. I started to throw them away but I have kept them until I get a positive ID because I thought the leaves were similar to those of a camellia. The leaves are rather hard and shiny like a camellia. As you can see they have some sort of spots on them--is that a blight of some kind?
Each of the three plants were from 8--12 inches tall with leaves at the top. Can someone help me with an ID, please?

How long and wide are the leaves?

Edit: I'll venture a guess that it's either Rhaphiolepis ("Indian-hawthorn") or Photinia x fraseri with Entomosporium (fungal leaf spot).

The leaves are 4 inches long x 1 1/4 inch wide at the widest point.

I'd say Photinia x fraseri.

I believe it to be Photinia x fraseri as well.
