Las Yslas Coronadas are in Mexico, not California

L.A. (Canoga Park), CA(Zone 10a)

Note for November 8 says,
"1602: Las Yslas Coronadas were first sighted by explorer Sebastian Vizcaino. These were to become the beautiful California city of Coronado."

No, two different Coronados are being confused here. Las Yslas Coronadas (the Coronado Islands) are a group of islands off of northen Baja California, Mexico. They are not to be confused with the city of Cornado, sometimes called Cornado Island (actually a peninsula) near San Diego, California.
