If a Church plants castor beans to repel gophers that killed all their trees knowing the castor beans contain ricin and someone sneaks around in the dead of the night collecting the matured pods for evil doings is the Church liable for any damage done?
Just thought I'd throw it out there. We have an unused field owned by who knows next to the area that has the now dead trees. No one has time to deal with traps, we can't afford and exterminator to kill the ones on our property just to have them breed in the field and come back, and we can't shoot the suckers. We are going the least expensive and natural route we can. Blasted gophers!
