I thought I would try this mail order next spring. Has anyone ordered from them? Their on-line catalog and pictures are gorgeous.

I have, but not recently. My experience a few years ago was good.

Hi Last spring I E-mail this lady. Sounds like she is small. She takes cuttings when you order. So this is not order and you get the plants in ten days. She seemed very nice but I bought cuttings at the NW flower and garden show from Killdeer farms. He grows 100's too. I have never mail ordered from him just bought at the garden show and the cuttings are nice. At Holt she has an open house in May I was going to go up but she didn't E-mail me with the date.

I just read on another post that Killdeer plants had a really low rating, and a lot of it was from DGers

Yes, Many people have had problems with Killdeer so would not order. He was at the PNW flower show and the plants were nice. They did fine. This spring since killdeer was not at the flower show I ordered from a place in Maine. Can't find the invoice. Will get the name. I was happy with the plants.
