We found this in our kitchen cabinet. We would like to know if anybody knows what this is. We have been having termite trouble but can't seem to identify with any pictures, it has what looks like a stinger at the end of it.

This is not a pest insect, it is a wasp that appears to be in the family Braconidae, all of which are parasitic on other insects.
