I finally had one nearly ripe when there was a flower show... It won for "most unusual fruit." Does anyone know what I can do with it now? I read somewhere that in Thailand they make citron vodka and liqueurs. I do have some Austin-brewed Tito's vodka, but I'm wondering if there's anything else you can do with these?
