Have already posted this on the Gingers forum, though I know it's not really a ginger.
What is this? It's growing from the blue ginger and looks like a flower, but wrong size, shape, color, growth habit. Plant is about three years old and has never bloomed. Could it be that they have both male and female flowers and this is the less showy one? Or have I just caused some malformation from hitting it with too much bloomblaster in a vain attempt to get it to bloom before I bring it in (any day now)?
Any explanation greatly appreciated.
