G'Day
I thought this plant was Gymnocalycium hybopleurum but TNCL says "A name of uncertain application --------------------------- and is best abandoned". Anderson lists the species but says it has 10 ribs. This has 16.
Plant is in a 5" pot so is about 4" in diameter and 6" high it also has an pup forming low down and the mother plant has produced a number of pups although overall dimensions are about the same as this.
