Can anyone help me identify this kind of tree - the leaves are mostly green though it has clusters of yellow at the top. Also has some red flowers or leaves, i'm not sure. about 15-20 metres in height.

When photograph a tree ALWAYS try to photograph detail of leaves and if possible fruits, flowers...

At the moment for me is impossible an ID with these far pics... Sorry

It could very well be a Ficus. You will need to add a close up of the leaves and any other feature that may help to ID it. The chances are excellent it is a Ficus as Brisbane has tons of them. It does look like a strangler vine has gotten into it also. The other possibility is a Eucalyptus of some sort.
