    What about Iris psewdocorus? It is growing all over Russia in the weat areas. It is yellow and looks like Iris wilsonii on your picture.
    According to your description it is one of the Sino-Siberian ?

    No, pseudacorus are 3-4 times as tall as wilsonii.
